Key Accountabilities:
- Follow up on all activities that take place inside the raw materials store, the packaging store, the finished product warehouse, and the receiving store
- Follow up on all activities related to raw materials in terms of withdrawing raw materials for analysis and releasing the raw materials
- Carry out a virtual inspection of the raw materials before starting the raw material withdrawal process
- Review the data written on the raw materials containers (batch number / production date / expiry date / QC No. / ………) before withdrawing
- Review raw material analysis certificates and ensuring they comply with specifications before withdrawal.
- Inspect the cleanliness of warehouses and the procedures they include to ensure their compliance with quality standards and ensuring that they are recorded in the documents assigned to them
- Inspect all temperature and humidity measurements and the procedures they include to ensure their compliance with quality standards and ensuring that they are recorded in the documents assign to them inside the warehouses
- Follow up on materials handling papers in warehouses (MSDS)
- Withdraw the raw materials in the receiving warehouse and delivering them to the Quality Control Department
- Deliver raw material samples to the Quality Control (QC) Department and receiving analysis certificates from the Quality Control (QC) Department.
- Prepare and reviewing raw materials for external manufacturing before loading
- Place labels on the raw materials while withdrawing, releasing or rejecting the raw materials
- Prepare a report on major deviations or deviations when they occur
- Follow up the process of culling from the rejected warehouse according to the standard operation procedures
- Weekly follow-up of occupational safety and health, firefighting, and rodent control tasks inside the warehouses
- Prepare a weekly report on the position of raw materials in terms of withdrawal, release, and rejection
- Record all production activities that took place on the department’s system
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Science.
- +3 Years of experience.
- Fluent in the English language and using computer systems.
- Flexibility and credibility / power of observation / communication skills
- Decision making/working under pressure/quickness of mind
- Teamwork/problem solving/time management
