What You’ll do:
- Request the optimal market research and/or relevant analysis metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and make recommendations for project managements or improvement.
- Develop strategic project plans, considering market trends, competition, and regulatory & development requirements, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. This includes identifying project stakeholders, resources required, and establishing project budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Set priorities, meanwhile collaborating with internal stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure smooth coordination and execution.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project, such as regulatory compliance issues, supply chain disruptions, or changes in market dynamics, and develop execution tactics to mitigate them. This may involve analyzing regulatory & new products development requirements, assessing potential bottlenecks, and implementing risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status alongside managing project budgets, track expenses, allocate resources appropriately ensuring cost-effectiveness by implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to input the identified potential strategic opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as licensors, suppliers, etc. to ensure projects success.
- Support in achieving the business development plans.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, and educated to degree level, or equivalent (marketing or project management qualifications are preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Pharma industry with diversified experience in leading key projects
- Successful track record in delivering business outcomes and being collaborative, innovative, analytical, meanwhile building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Experience of leading and working with cross functional teams, with an effective working relationship with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understands the health care environment and evolving landscape and the full range different stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy areas.
