Delta Pharma is hiring “Group Internal Communication Section Head” at Cairo Head office.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement the yearly internal communication agenda that aligns with the company’s mission and culture and showcases corporate identity through internal and executive channels.
- Manage the company’s internal communication platforms and tools including but not limited to internal announcements, Monthly newsletter, in-person or virtual events, videos story board, company Intranet, overseeing internal branding and e-communications, etc.
- Create employer branding strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage internal projects that foster employee engagement, inclusivity, and a unified company culture.
- Participate in the evaluation of communication campaign outcomes, providing support to ensure success.
- Ensure consistent communication with different teams & stakeholders in the business & across the company to efficiently communicate different department’s initiatives & programs.
- Manage and supervise advertising agencies throughout the entire cycle from drafting & circulating briefs, pitching to working with them throughout the year and evaluating their performance.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, mass communication or any relevant field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Digital marketing or any relevant function is a must.
- Professional expertise IN marketing communication & social media technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of various communication tools.
