Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products and services. This role focuses on creating compliant, effective strategies to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and stakeholders. The coordinator ensures campaigns align with industry regulations while leveraging digital tools to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads, and support marketing expense allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, medical updates, and educational initiatives.
- Closed follow-up with agencies responsible for the delta digital campaigns & website.
Content Development & Management:
- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to create engaging, accurate, and approved content for digital channels.
Social Media & Online Presence:
- Managed social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and Twitter) to share approved product updates, company news, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor and moderate online interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze social media trends in the pharmaceutical sector to optimize engagement.
Compliance & Approvals:
- Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications go through the required legal, medical, and regulatory approvals.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Track KPIs, such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign ROI, to optimize performance.
- Support with digital tools to facilitate marketing expense allocation & activities agenda scheduling
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of healthcare professional and patient engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
