Key Accountabilities:

1. • Collect representative samples of raw materials (e.g., active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients,) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
   • Ensure that sampling is performed in a controlled, clean, and hygienic manner to avoid contamination.
   • Perform sampling for incoming materials and as per scheduled requirements
   • Accurately document all sampling activities, including the quantity, date, and location of samples taken.
   • Maintain detailed records of raw material batches, ensuring traceability and compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
   • Prepare samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring that they are correctly labeled, packaged.
   • Ensure that all raw material sampling follows GMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and safety regulations.
   • Ensure that sampling equipment is cleaned,
   • Assist in managing the inventory of raw materials by keeping track of quantities and sample usage.
   • Assist in the receipt, labeling, and storage of incoming raw materials, ensuring they are stored under proper conditions.

Qualification Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in raw material sampling or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in sampling and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
