Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise raw materials sampling process for incoming materials, ensuring samples are collected accurately and according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Review all documents related of incoming materials
• Ensure sampling is performed in a controlled, clean, and safe manner, in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve sampling reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead, train, and mentor the raw material sampling team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure that sampling equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly.
• Coordinate with procurement department
• Ensure all sampling activities are documented correctly and that records are kept in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Review and approve sample reports, ensuring they are complete and accurate for further analysis.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding sampling activities, raw material status, and any issues encountered.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in raw material sampling or quality control within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
