Senior Engineering Manager
Key Accountabilities:
1. Operation and maintenance of machinery and production devices.
2. Operation and maintenance of machinery, special equipment, and facilities.
3. Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment for ventilation.
4. Review all records machinery factory (log Books) and adoption.
5. Regular maintenance of machinery and plant control.
6. Regular maintenance of all equipment and hardware stores.
7. Develop work of new installations and regular maintenance of existing facilities.
8. Optimum selection for utility equipment with the best price.
9. Optimum selection for production machines with the best price.
10. Manage the projects and coordinate with the consultant and the contractor.
11. Identify, characterize and request and follow local and import requirements for spare parts.
13. Participate in committees deciding projects tendering for m/c Lines, extensions, miscellaneous, spare parts, and packaging materials.
14. Cooperation with different departments to achieve the required productivity and quality plan.
15. Oversee the maintenance of air conditioning and electrical and construction public administration
building.
16. Select the job description and job evaluation of engineering staff.
17. Training and technical upgrading and maintenance crews.
18. Meet the requirements (ISO, GMP, and GEP) and additional amendments.
19. Awareness of quality policy.
20. Awareness of HSE policy.
21. Trains, motivate, develop and evaluates staff involved in engineering to ensure that the function has the necessary skill base and that staff is optimally motivated and enabled.
22. Preparing the objectives of the department and corresponding key performance indicators
23. Sharing in hiring high-quality employees to strengthen department performance
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
• 15 years’ + experience in pharmaceutical operations, including at least 3 years as an “Engineering
Manager”.
• Lead a team to work efficiently
• Work creatively for improvement to meet customer needs; using testing, evaluation, and enhancing procedures to meet the requirements.
• Interact with all levels of personnel.
• Experiences to work on different dosage form lines and to lead projects.
• Lead the Engineering team.
• Solve problems in the pharmaceutical engineering field.
• Time management, communication, and computer skills
