Clozapine 100 mg Tablet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Composition:	Each tablet contains 100 mg clozapine.
Indications:	Treatment-resistant schizophrenia.
Dosage and Administration:	– The starting dose is 12.5 mg once or twice daily. – The total daily dose can be increased in Increments of 25 mg to 50 mg per day, if well tolerated. – Increase the dose up to 300 mg or 450 mg / day in divided doses, by the end of 2 weeks. Subsequently, the dose can be increased once or twice weekly, in increments up to 100 mg. – The maximum dose is 900 mg / day.
Package:	Carton box containing 1 strip of ten round biconvex tablets scored from one side and an insert leaflet.
