• • Adults and adolescents aged 13 years and above
• o Adjunctive or monotherapy treatment of partial seizures and generalized seizures, including tonic-clonic seizures.
• o Seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Larogen is given as adjunctive therapy but may be the initial antiepileptic drug to start with in Film coated.
• • Children and adolescent aged 2 to 12 years
• o Adjunctive treatment of partial seizures and generalized seizures, including tonic-clonic seizures and the seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.
• o Monotherapy of typical absence seizures.

2- Bipolar disorder:

• • Adults aged 18 years and above
• o Prevention of depressive episodes in patients with bipolar 1 who experience predominantly depressive episodes.
