Composition:	Azithromycin dihydrate 630 mg equivalent to azithromycin 600 mg.
Indications:	– Sexually Transmitted Diseases (Non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis due to Chlamydia trachomatis). – Prophylaxis of Disseminated Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) Disease. – Treatment of Disseminated Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) Disease.
Dosage and Administration:	– Prevention of Disseminated MAC Infections The recommended dose of Delzosin for the prevention of disseminated Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) disease is: 1200 mg taken once weekly. – Treatment of Disseminated MAC Infections Delzosin should be taken at a daily dose of 600 mg in combination with ethambutol at the recommended daily dose of 15 mg/kg.
Package:	Carton box containing 1 (AL/PVC) strip of 3 film coated tablets.
